You don't even need to install anything. You simply create a new account (and password) for your son, using the new access keys. Then, all either of you need to do is to log in using your own account name and password.
To do that, use the "Create account or Add access key" link on the log-in screen.

The only problem with that would be that you can't play at the same time.

You need to create a different account for you son, no additional client installation is required. Then, when you create an account for him, he can use his login information and you can use your own to log into your own accounts.

You will have to have 2 accounts and then type in the access keys for 1 of each campaign into each of the accounts. The client it self has nothing to do with your accounts, you can install the client anywhere and log in with your account and play from that computer. Just put the right access keys into each account .

So both copies of every campain added to same client, than how would go back logining in each time, on each different account when there are multiple keys of each campain, its sound confusing/

No - don't add the new keys to the original account. You probably can't even do that - it would say "You already have access to that campaign" or some such.

Start GW - on the log-in screen, below where you enter your account name and password, is a link to "create a new account". Use that. If your son doesn't have his own e-mail address, I think you can just use the same one as the original, but use a different password (not sure though).

Think of it like on-line banking..... You don't have your money, loans, investments, etc., at home with you - they're all at the bank. When you log in you use your own account name (bankcard number) and password to access your own bank info.
Same thing with GW. All your access keys, characters, weapons, gold, etc., are stored on ANet's servers. You simply enter your own account name and password to access them. You only need one copy of the client to access GW, just like you only need one browser to do on-line banking.

I have the same setup. I use a different email account (sign in name) for each, I have the full client installed on 3 machines in my house (2 pc's and my laptop for vacation), I can log on two different machines and run my own chars around or let my daughter play one account while I support with the other.

its kinda like having aol or hot mail----you can use the same computer to access those accounts....you just need a different login for each one----I have gw on 3 computers as well....one has a nice BIG screen so I can see lots of detail----
